BEST Venues in North Georgia
There is no shortage of jaw-dropping venues here in the North Georgia area, but here are some of my favorites. If you want a great venue with a great staff, take a look at these beautiful recommendations.
Meadows at Mossy Creek - Cleveland, GA
The Meadows at Mossy Creek is blessed with one of the best views that you can imagine. Out of all the venues I've seen, this one may take the cake. With Mount Yonah situated in the horizon right behind the outdoor ceremony location, it is unlikely that you will find a more picturesque spot to say "I do." The website sums up their aesthetic perfectly - "Modern Meets Mountains." As with many venues in Georgia, the Meadows at Mossy Creek is a barn... but the colors, lines and beautiful glass doors give it a unique and industrial feel.
Reid Barn - Cumming, GA
The Reid Barn is one of the premier North Georgia wedding locations. This venue can handle large crowds with an immaculate outdoor section as well as a jaw-dropping interior space. The staff is friendly and considerate and is all about creating a great environment for the bride and groom!
The Cowan Historic Mill - Acworth, GA
This venue oozes with character. Located in historic Downtown Acworth, this space feeds off of the history and the grit of the city. Many brides and grooms look for a barn out in the middle of nowhere, but if that's not really your style this may be up your alley. Reportedly built in the 1800s, it has stood the test of time and is now repurposed to serve as a beautiful space for weddings, events, and even movie filmings.
The Views at Sunset Ridge - Cleveland, TN
Okay... I cheated. The Views at Sunset Ridge technically isn't North Georgia. BUT the trip over the state line may be worth it for this gem. With great views, and a space large enough to host just about any sized wedding, Sunset Ridge is one of the most impressive venues on this list. The venue spares no expense, using a large staff for each event to ensure that everything is taken care of.
The Brickyard - Marietta, GA
Do you want to have complete control of the theme of your wedding? The Brickyard may be for you. This space serves as a blank canvas that can be turned into whatever you may want. If you consider yourself a creative bride who has a detailed vision for what your big day should look like, this space will fit your wants and needs. The venue is located in the heart of downtown Marietta which gives it a more urban feel than many other venues.
